Carac has Amada high precision Laser Cutting Machines able to cut :

Two of our machines have abed size of 3m * 1.5m.
The other has a bed size of 2.4m * 1.2m with a rotary cutting head for pipe and hollow section

CNC Water Jet Cutting

Carac's Omax Abrasive Water Jet Cutter is a state of the art machine with a tiliter jet.

A diverse machine:

drilling and rotary capable of cutting mild steel

wood
plywood
plus many other materials.
We have a Tiltajet head for use when a true square edge is required or a taper for draw on tooling parts.
If you have a material we haven't cut previously, we are more than happy to try a sample cut for you in an off cut or sample piece.
The Water Jet has an underwater bed size of 4m x 2m.

CNC Turret Punchers

Carac has a 2 * 30 tonne CNC turret punch machines
These are used mainly for large runs of small componenets like washers from thinner materials up tp 6mm mild steel and 4mm stainless steel

CNC Press Brakes

Carac has a range of gullotines in house capabilbe of cutting up to 12mm
36 DNC 80 controller
We also have a range of tooling adapted to several power press machines for repetitive compnents of a smaller size
Along with our 63 ton CNC and many press brakes

CNC Lathes

We have two CNC lathes one with a 12 turrett tool station and the other 1 high production sliding bed type
Each have bar feeding capabilities
Chuck or collett work set up for each machine

CNC Mill

A high production drilling and machining centre for tool and die making with fast set up programming ideal for the most demanding application.

NC Guillotine

We have a guillotine in house and can cut up to 3mm m/s with a bed with of 1000mm

Robot Welders

We have many robot welders along with a range of MIG wedlers up to 600 AMP

60 + Metal Pressers

Carac has a a very large range of power presses with several being over two hundred tonne capacity
With our Water Jet and CNC Mill we can produce tooling very quickly in house to suit your run requirement
